Yemista Veggie with Rice


Stuffed peppers with rice and couscous

Serves: 6-8 people

Prep: Fully thaw before cooking

Cook Time: 30-40 minutes


Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees.
  2. Leave covered and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Remove cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165 degrees
  4. Let rest for ten minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
