Moussaka Casserole


Creamy Bechamel sauce. Eggplant and ground beef casserole.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove cover and paper and brush egg wash on top.
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165 degrees (watching so the top does not burn).
  4. Let rest for ten minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
