Our famous Ottawa GreekFest Moussaka is an eggplant and potato-based casserole dish with savoury ground meat, topped with a rich and creamy béchamel sauce in a ready-to-bake pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove cover and paper and brush egg wash on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165 degrees (watching so the top does not burn).
- Let rest for ten minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
