Our famous Ottawa GreekFest Moussaka is an eggplant and potato-based casserole dish with savoury ground meat, topped with a rich and creamy béchamel sauce in a ready-to-bake pan.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove cover and paper and brush egg wash on top.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165 degrees (watching so the top does not burn).
  4. Let rest for ten minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
