Moussaka Half Casserole


Creamy Bechamel sauce. Eggplant and ground beef half casserole.

Serves: 3-4 people

Prep: Fully thaw before cooking

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes or at 165 degree temperature

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove cover and paper and brush egg wash on top.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165 degrees (watching so the top does not burn).
  4. Let rest for ten minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
