Mizithra Cheese (Dodoni)


Myzithra is similar in flavour to ricotta cheese, but much drier.   A hard cheese from ewe’s and goat milk.  It is considered the most popular grating cheese of Greek cuisine, and is especially suited for sprinkling over hot pasta.  Contains milk.
