A do-it-yourself gyro kit that includes 2 ½ pounds of delicious shaved gyro meat, 10 pitas and our homemade tzatziki dip. After some practice, you’ll be making them quicker than the gyro vendors on the streets of Greece!
- Remove gyro meat from packaging and set frying pan on high heat or oven to 375/400 degrees.
- Place gyro shavings on pan and sear or bake for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add a slight amount of warm water and ensure the meat has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Let rest for ten minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
