1.25 lbs of gyro meat, tzatziki and pitas

Serves: 3-4 people

Prep: Fully thaw before cooking

Cook Time: If frying – 15-20 seconds per side of gyro meat

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove gyro meat from packaging and set frying pan on high heat or oven to 375/400 degrees.
  2. Place gyro shavings on pan and sear or bake for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Add a slight amount of warm water and ensure the meat has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  4. Let rest for ten minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
