Greek Saganaki Cheese (Dodoni)


Delicious and sharp saganaki cheese, made one of the most prestigious cheese companies in Greece.  Dust with flour and panfry this cheese and finish with a splash of ouzo.  Finish it with some good quality olive oil, and a squeeze fresh lemon juice.  This cheese holds up well to the heat of a frying pan, and have a creamy flavour and fantastic texture.
