Kefalograviera Cheese (Dodoni)
Dodoni Kefalograviera is one of Greece’s most famous cheeses, firm in texture and made exclusively from pasteurized sheep and goat milk, according to the authentic traditional recipe. A product of Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O), it makes an exceptional side dish grilled in slices or cubes. A pleasant accompaniment to red wine and can even be added to baked dishes or grated over pasta. Its rich flavour is both uplifting and pleasantly surprising!
