Barley Rusks (Dakos)


Made in a small village on the island of Crete using a time-proven recipe, these rusks are as popular in Greece today as they were thousands of year ago. High in fibre and healthy for the heart, these rusks are a fantastic accompaniment to a cheese board laden with Greek Colossal olives and taramosalata. Made with barley and whole wheat, the Dakos Barley Rusks are an indispensable part of the Cretan diet which has shaped the Mediterranean diet.
